10 tips luka bersalin cepat sembuh

Selain proses bersalin itu sendiri, apa yang ramai ditakuti oleh kebanyakan wanita adalah luka perinium atau luka jahitan lambat sembuh. Lagi menggerunkan jika luka jahitan terbuka!

Dijahit buat kali kedua dalam keadaan diri masih berpantang adalah sangat menakutkan. Ini pengalaman saya sendiri ketika bersalin anak yang pertama di mana luka jahitan terbuka setelah 2 minggu bersalin dan terpaksa dijahit semula. Ouch! Nasib baik doktor bagi ubat bius. -__-

Walaubagaimanapun, ianya sesuatu yang harus dielakkan. Yerlah, siapa la yang sanggup dijahit hidup-hidup dalam keadaan luka masih belum sembuh. Jadi, bila bersalin anak yang seterusnya saya sangat berhati-hati dan mula menggali ilmu berpantang yang betul.
